KHS and Company

Mark was born and raised in Pittsburgh.  He graduated from the  Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he received a degree in Graphic Design.  With his degree in hand, Mark accepted a position with Woodward and Lothrop in Virginia as a Graphic Designer for the art department.   On weekends Mark would travel back to Pittsburgh and help his father restore antique wagons.  This labor of love soon turned into a full time profession when he and his Father formed The Wagon Works Company.  Thereafter Mark worked in custom home interiors and design at TRP Construction.  Most recently, Mark spent a year in Turks & Caicos Islands painting murals and doing sign work. All the while, through his phases of work he has freelanced as artist/painter/photographer. Mark is a versatile, experienced photographer/artist with an eye for detail. He has a background in painting murals & portraits, glass etching, pen & ink, and now architectural photography. Mark is excited about adding this opportunity to his already deep artistic portfolio. Mark is taking delight with the "WOW" factor he experiences with home owners and agents when they see the photographs. When he is not working you can find him on the trails with his dog Dakota, cooking up a fine meal for his family, or relaxing on his fishing boat!
